    个人简历

    杨海滨教授,男,1957年生人。

    1975~78年,下乡知青。

    1978~82年,吉林大学物理系学习,1982年7月获理学学士学位。

    1982~85年,吉林大学研究生院金属专业硕士研究生,1985年7月获理学硕士学位。

    1985~92年,工作于吉林大学原子与分子物理研究所。

    1986~90年,吉林大学研究生院凝聚态物理专业在职博士研究生,1990年12月获理学博士学位。

    1992年至今,工作于吉林大学超硬材料国家重点实验室。

    1987年任讲师;1992年任副教授;1996年起任教授;2001年任博士研究生导师。1993年获国家政府特殊津贴。

    2012年以来,所带领的研究组主要从事纳米结构太阳能电池和光水解制氢方向的基础研究工作,采用电化学、水热合成、磁控溅射和有机-无机反应方法,并结合热处理过程,获得了较高效率的柔性碲化镉纳米薄膜太阳能电池和有机钙钛矿太阳能电池,首次制备出具有较高光水解制氢效率的光电池辅助整体光催化剂板。先后承担2项吉林省科技厅重点攻关项目,发表50余篇SCI刊物文章,获得2项国家发明专利;培养博士研究生16人,其中12人已毕业。
