个人简历
殷红,教授,博士研究生导师。2000年毕业于吉林大学物理系;2003年于吉林大学超硬材料国家重点实验室获得理学硕士学位;2003至2007年期间于德国乌尔姆大学获理学博士学位,随后留校开展博士后研究;2008至2012年期间在比利时哈塞尔特大学任长期研究员。2013年至今在吉林大学超硬材料国家重点实验室工作。主要从事宽禁带半导体材料与器件、功能纳米材料与应用的研究,在大尺寸氮化硼单晶和外延材料、二维单晶多层膜、纳米材料的可控合成、性能调控和新型应用探索方面取得了多项创新性成果和先进技术。作为项目负责人,先后主持了国家自然科学基金重点项目、面上项目、省重大专项、省重点研发、横向课题、小试和中试产业化等多项基金项目。
